FarmSmartly is a farm management platform provided by S2V Technology for business users. The product currently supports poultry farm management and may support cow, milk and goat management features in future releases.

• Farm information such as farm name, country and business profile details.
• Poultry and farm records including flock, room, egg, feed, mortality, incubator, sales and expense records.

• Technical information such as IP address, device details, browser details and usage activity.
• Consent records, privacy version accepted and related account registration metadata.

4. Hosting, Storage and Service Providers

FarmSmartly may use trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the website, application, database, emails, analytics and payments. These providers may include Supabase, PostgreSQL, Netlify, Render, Resend, Razorpay, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

These services are used only for business purposes connected with operating, securing, measuring, improving and supporting FarmSmartly.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. FarmSmartly does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment providers may process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

6. Analytics and Product Improvement

We may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors and users interact with our website and application. This helps us improve navigation, performance, support and product design.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share data with service providers only when required to operate FarmSmartly, process payments, provide support, send email, host infrastructure, improve the product, prevent misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

FarmSmartly manages only the last 5 years of farm and account data in the service. If a user requests deletion, we delete the requested data after verifying the request, unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or security reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and farm data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their login credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.

10. Business Users

FarmSmartly is intended for business users and farm operations. It is not intended for personal use by children or non-business consumers.

11. User Rights and Requests

Users may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent for their data, subject to account verification and applicable operational or legal requirements.
